An interview with some QHS Students who sat for the ongoing Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB), Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) as reported by Khalid Kosamat, Faizat Olubori, Khadijat Salawu and Sherifat Abdulhakeem.
It was an exciting  time for the QHS students who sat for JAMB UTME and West African  Examination Council(WAEC) for 2014/2015 academic  sesssion.when the QPS Press crew had an interview session with them. According to Muhammad AbdurRauf who is the Headboy of the school, he said “I had my Examinations at EAC Bodija, It was quite challenging doing the CBT mode of the Examination for the first time but Al – hamdulillahi, I thank Allah I was able to score 275, I wish to become a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Lagos
Another candidate is Zainab Kabir who said “I had my Exams at the CBT Centre at University of Ibadan; I found the CBT mode of the Exams very easy; Al – hamdulillahi, I thank Allah I was able to score 220, I wish to become a Lawyer from the University of Ilorin
Another candidate who spoke to QPS Press reporter, Habibat Zakariyah said, though she was scared of the CBT Mode of the Exams this was then added to by the unorganized and not encouraged acts of the exams organizers and moderators at The Polytechnic Ibadan, where she wrote the exams. The Exams was scheduled to commence by 1.30pm but it did not start until 6.00pm thereby making the students to finish up late at night.
At the same time the WAEC result that was just released showed a good number of these student did excellently well.
